Working transparently

A clear garden construction process

A continuous journey from concept and technical documents to handover and post-construction care.

6 stages

Every decision has a real basis

The process is designed so owners can easily follow progress, control quality and stay on top of the budget.

01

Receive the brief

Listen to your preferred style, functions, budget range and desired construction timeline.

02

Site survey

Measure the area, levels, sun and wind, ground conditions, water supply/drainage points and connection to the architecture.

03

Concept & estimate

Present the spatial direction, main materials, planting and a cost estimate by item.

04

Technical documents

Finalise the layout, construction details, plant positions, lighting, water and the sequence of works.

05

Construction & inspection

Carry out the base, infrastructure, structure, finishing materials and planting against the agreed milestones.

06

Handover & maintenance

Provide operating guidance, seasonal plant care and a maintenance schedule suited to each area.

The handover package

More than just a finished garden

Owners receive a clear foundation to operate and maintain the green space over the long term.

DOC 01

Layout & technical drawings

Item positions, water lines, lighting, materials and key construction notes.

DOC 02

Plant & material schedule

Plant types, reference sizes, finishing materials and replacement options when needed.

DOC 03

Care guide

A schedule for watering, feeding, pruning and seasonal treatment so the garden grows steadily.

Quality control

Prioritise durable infrastructure before planting

A garden that stays beautiful needs the right technical base: finished levels, drainage, water supply, waterproofing and planting-bed treatment. These items are checked before finishing the surfaces.

  • Check drainage after the base works.
  • Compare actual materials against approved samples.
  • Adjust plant positions to the light conditions on site.
  • Inspect by group of items for easier tracking.
